Weekly Pool Maintenance Agreement
This agreement is between ("Company") and ("Customer") for the pool at , starting .
1. Service
Company will visit weekly on (day may shift for weather and holidays) to skim, brush, vacuum as needed, empty skimmer and pump baskets, test and balance water chemistry, and inspect equipment. Filter cleaning is performed every weeks.
2. Chemicals
Routine chlorine and acid are included / billed separately (circle one). Specialty treatments (algaecide, phosphate remover, stabilizer, salt, stain treatment) are billed at the rates on the Company's current price sheet.
3. Rate and billing
The rate is $ per month, billed and due within days. Repairs and parts are quoted and approved before work begins. Company will give days' written notice of any rate change.
4. Access and safety
Customer will provide gate access and keep pets secured on service day. If Company cannot access the pool, the visit counts as completed and a notice will be left or sent. Customer maintains required safety barriers and supervises all swimmers. Company is not responsible for damage from weather, equipment age, water loss, or chemicals added by others.
5. Proof of service
Company records the date, time, work performed, and chemical readings for each visit and makes that record available to Customer.
6. Term and cancellation
This agreement renews monthly. Either party may cancel with days' written notice.
